Returns
I accept return on non-sale items only within 7 days of receipt of the item, given that they are returned in their original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@cybelebpilon.com and let us know what you're returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and that they be insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
